Position: Part-Time Sales Associate / Stylist

Requirements: 

Must be available to work weekly shifts and minimum of two weekends per month. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Previous retail experience is not required but advantageous. 

Availability through Holiday breaks is preferred. 

Time Commitment:

10 - 15 hours per week (Will vary each week)

**Sales Associates are required to work at least 2 weekends each month from 11am-4pm

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals 
  • Welcoming and serving customers
  • Performing opening and closing duties as needed
  • Assisting customers and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the store
  • Fulfillment of online orders
  • Completing the process of inputting new inventory: sizing, tagging, steaming, etc
  • Occasionally modeling clothing for social media and website content

Position: Marketing Intern

Requirements: 

  • Experience working across social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Skills in graphic design and photography 
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and industry practices
  • Marketing/ISC/Fashion Merchandising major is preferred, but not required
  • Marketing and retail experience preferred, but not required

Time Commitment:

This position will begin with a trial period to make sure it is a great fit for both parties. 

Create your own schedule: Must be flexible to revolve schedule around store hours, incoming inventory, etc. Must be able to meet deliverable goals for every Social Media platform every week. 

This position will require additional remote work, varying on needs, in addition to coming into our storefront.

As You Go Boutique is looking for a Social Media Intern to create content and assist in managing our multiple Social Media platforms, with a mission to grow our following, engagement, and boost online sales and brand awareness. 

We hope for an intern that is dedicated, detail oriented, creative, and able to keep up with the fast paced and ever-changing world that is social media and digital marketing for the retail industry. The ideal intern will be consistent, adaptable, and willing to bring new ideas to the table. 

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating high-quality and strategic content for platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest 
  • Plan and execute model calls and photoshoots
  • Plan and execute marketing outreach to grow local awareness
  • Graphic design for desired deliverables
  • Plan and execute email and text message marketing campaigns
