Our greatest goal is to serve our amazing customers well and do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your order. So, we’ve worked hard to come up with a hassle-free, no headache returns system!
How to start a return
1. Read our Return Policy below and make sure your item is eligible for return.
2. Print a copy of our Return Form and fill it out completely.
3. If you are not returning in person at our storefront, pack your item, return form, and receipt with your choice of packaging and send it back via your carrier of choice to the following address:

4. We’ll process your return and issue your store credit within (5-7) business days!
- Our return policy lasts 14 days. Please consider transit times when choosing your carrier and shipping method if you are not returning in-person.
- Please note that we cannot issue refunds for returned items. Items can only be returned for store credit.
-- The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us: graphic tees, holiday items, swimsuits, jewelry, sunglasses, leggings, hats, scarves, shoes, or any final sale/clearance items.
- Refund shipping relies on the customer's expense. Shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.
- All returned items MUST have the original tags still on them. Returned items MUST be unworn and unwashed; any stains, spills, or odors (including deodorant, pet hairs, cigarette smoke, makeup, perfume, etc) will deem the item ineligible for return and we will send the item back to you (subject to additional shipping charges).
- As You Go Boutique cannot be responsible for damages caused by incorrect sizing or improper care and handling.
Please allow (5-7) business days to process your return once we receive it. Once we process a refund, we will email you a code to use on your next purchase!
Please be aware that we cannot retroactively apply store credit to a completed order; in other words, if you place an order and do not use your credit, we cannot go back and apply it to the order. Please contact us if you’re experiencing any issues with your store credit!
Due to limited quantities, we do not offer formal exchanges; if you’d like to exchange for size, we recommend returning the incorrect size and purchasing the correct size with your store credit. We cannot guarantee that the correct size will still be available in this timeframe.
